Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

Kindly note that we maintain a No Return/ No COD policy.

Returns are accepted only if the product is found defective. Package opening videos (Clear & Unedited) are mandatory for returns. Please read the policy below for applicable company rules in such scenarios.

Returns: The policy for acceptance of returns of Products shall be communicated to the User, from time to time, through product description or conditions mentioned against the product on the Platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in this Terms or as determined by the Company.

Proof/Evidence of damaged products through clear and unedited video shot during opening the parcel shall be accepted if found to have met the return/refund criteria.

Refunds: The policy for refund of monies with respect to return of Products or for any other purpose, shall be communicated to the User through the product description or conditions mentioned against the product on the Platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in this Terms or as determined by the Company.

No refund or return will be accepted if clear evidence is not submitted through clear and unedited video which are shot during the process of opening the parcel. The Company shall remit payments towards accepted refund requests of Users in compliance with applicable laws.

Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations after payment is made.
