Refund policy

Returns: The policy for acceptance of returns of Products shall be communicated to the User, from time to time, through product description or conditions mentioned against the product on the Platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in this Terms or as determined by the Company. Proof/Evidence of damaged products through clear videos shot during opening the parcel shall be accepted if found to have met the return/refund criteria. The video should be shared on our email/WhatsApp number within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Refunds: The policy for refund of monies with respect to return of Products or for any other purpose, shall be communicated to the User through the product description or conditions mentioned against the product on the Platform, or any other mode of communication as specified in this Terms or as determined by the Company. Proof/Evidence of damaged products through clear videos shot during opening the parcel shall be accepted if found to have met the return/refund criteria. No refund or return will be accepted if clear evidence is not submitted through clear videos which are shot during the process of opening the parcel. The Company shall remit payments towards accepted refund requests of Users in compliance with applicable laws.

Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations after payment is made.
